2. About the Foundation
The Tiger Foundation is a Non-Government, Non-Political, Non-Profit voluntary organization working for the welfare of children, women and senior citizens through healthcare, education and empowerment programmes.
3. Use of the Website
- You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the Foundation.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the working of the site.
- Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and must not belong to another person without their permission.
4. Donations
- Donations are voluntary and are used for the charitable objectives of the Foundation. Where a donor selects a specific programme, we make reasonable efforts to apply the donation to it. If a programme is fully funded or no longer operating, funds may be used for a similar purpose.
- The minimum online donation amount is ₹100.
- Donations eligible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act receive a receipt. To receive a valid 80G certificate you must provide correct name, address and PAN details.
- Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the gateway, your bank or your network.
5. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, charged twice or made a mistake in the amount, please write to us within 7 days at info@thetigerfoundation.org with your transaction reference. We will review the request and, where valid, process the refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
6. Cheque and Cash Donations
Donors who prefer to give by cheque or cash may call us at +91 9820-939-739. A volunteer will visit, collect the donation and provide an 80G receipt on the spot. Volunteers will never ask for donations through personal accounts or unofficial links. Please verify any request by calling our helpline.
7. Volunteers and Partners
Volunteers and partner organisations are expected to follow our code of conduct and safeguarding guidelines, respect the dignity and privacy of beneficiaries and obtain consent before taking photographs. The Foundation may end a volunteer or partner relationship if these standards are not met.
8. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, logo, photographs and videos, belongs to The Tiger Foundation or is used with permission. You may share it for personal and non-commercial purposes with credit. Commercial use requires our prior written approval.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to or embed third-party services such as YouTube, Google Maps and chat widgets. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimer
